All initial sessions will have a consultation before any treatment and you will be asked if any details have changed at each subsequent session.
I will start the reflexology session with a relaxation routine before I move into the relevant treatment.

Clinical Reflexology is a holistic, non-invasive, complementary therapy, which works alongside conventional medical care to help the body to re-balance and begin its own healing process. I will also be creating a bespoke treatment following your initial session to support your body’s needs.

Baby/Child Reflexology Session

Baby Toddler Child Reflexology -

This service supports your baby / toddler or child rebalancing the body. If they are suffering from digestive issues, sleep issue, teething, reflux, anxiety then reflexology maybe able to help and support them.

NEPIP- (NeuroEndoPsychoImmunoPody)

NEPIEP technique is generally used for anyone who is dealing with stress or anxiety.

This treatment works with the theory that each bodily system affects the other and by enabling the flow from one system to another we help the body and brain interact and communicate. NEPIP is a unique reflexology routine for accessing the immune, nervous, endocrine and limbic systems through specific techniques. This is further facilitated with powerful focused intent.

Distance Reflexology

Is a treatment where I will be working with the energies and with intent. This means that physical distance is no longer an issue.

This type of Reflexology has become very popular over the last year due to the Covid -19 Pandemic.
