Reiki Training Courses
There are three stages of Reiki practise, each stage is run over two days.

First Degree: Sho Den
This module has no prerequisites and is open to anyone who has the desire to learn Reiki. Intended for self-treatment and transformation and for treatment of friends and family.
Theory
Defining Reiki, History, Reiki principles, Theory of Attunements, Practical uses of Reiki, self treatments, treatment of plants, food, water, medicines and situations. Treatment of others. Creating a healing space. Hand positions.

Second Degree: Oku Den
At least three months will have elapsed between first and second degree.
Theory
Reiki symbols and their uses. Distance Healing. Mental- emotional treatments. Sending Reiki to situations.

Third Degree: Shinpi Den
At least two years practitioner experience will be the minimum time to achieve the title of Reiki Master Teacher.
This is for people who want to go on to teach Reiki.
