Body Mind and Sole is a complementary Health Clinic and Reiki Training Centre. The centre is run by Mike Clarke, a Reflexologist, Bowen Therapist and Reiki Master, practising and teaching the traditional Usui method.
Based in the West Wales market town of Lampeter, Mike runs Reiki training workshops in Wales and throughout the U.K.
Mike is recognised as a Reiki Master / Teacher by the Guild of Complementary Practitioners, and is included on their referral list, with all Reiki training being fully accredited.
Whether you receive your Reiki training in Wales or elsewhere in the U.K., the same high standards are assured, as all training follow the guidelines for Reiki training as laid down by the G.C.P.
Level 1, 2, and Master / Teacher. Small groups normally no more than 6, this allows for plenty of one to one instruction.

Reiki (pronounced rey-key) is a Japanese word meaning 'universal life energy'.
In Japanese it is represented by two kanji, or pictograms. The first, Rei, translates as universal and the second, Ki, translates as life force or energy.
This energy can be defined as the energy that exists in all things whether it is animal, vegetable or mineral, the Chinese call this energy Chi, in Hindu the word is Prana.
All levels of Reiki Training are offered. Level 1, 2, and Master / Teacher.
